Jane Crisan

Jane Crisan is the President & COO of R2C Group, a Portland, Oregon based, DTC creative and media advertising agency, consistently ranked as one of the top independent (and women-led) advertising agencies in the nation. Founded in 1998, R2C Group specializes in scaling brands by utilizing smart creative, advanced media management and powerful analytics technology–achieving unbeatable success for its clients. Many R2C Group clients come to the agency as startups such as: Mercari, Chewy, Leesa and Wayfair. And numerous household names seek our expertise including: LendingTree, Humana, Bissell, and Schick.

Jane is passionate about using technology and data to guide informed marketing decisions, and she taps into her deep experience in technology, data, digital marketing and traditional advertising to build teams (analytics/digital/offline), capabilities (DTC/OTT/Cannabis) and tools (R2C Group Tracker™, WaveCast™, Signal Link™, Leavened.com) for the agency and its clients.

Before R2C Group, Jane came up through the digital side of the marketing industry and held executive management positions at Garage Team Mazda, T3, Team Detroit, JWT, Organic, and Carlson Marketing Group. In her 30+ year career she has had the honor to work with great brands that include Ford, Mazda, Chase, and Coca-Cola. Jane earned her MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University and holds a B.S. in Decision Science and Marketing from the University of Oregon. Her career has taken her from Oregon to New York City to Detroit to Southern California—and then back to Oregon again. She is happy to be living in the Pacific Northwest once more—the place where she grew up.
