Biography
As President of Digitas North America, Jodi oversees all business in North America, and has oversight across the agency’s 7 U.S. offices, leading the charge to deliver a holistic agency offering – in data, creative, media, strategy and technology solutions — across clients. In the last two years alone, Digitas has received awards ranging from Adweek’s Media Plan of the Year, to being named the #1 Digital Agency for Effectiveness by WARC 100, and ranking #1 in the Cannes Lions 2017 Global Creativity Report as Innovation Agency of the Year in the Special Awards category, and in Creative Data in the Lions category (Digitas Chicago).
A 20-year Digitas veteran, Jodi has led agency relationships across consumer packaged goods, automotive, retail, and major financial institutions. A member of both Digitas’ Global Operating committee and Global Capabilities Leadership Team, she is also currently working with Publicis Groupe leadership to define their next-generation data-driven marketing, media, and technology solutions, with strategic partners including Adobe, Google, and others.
Under Jodi’s leadership, Digitas has been named an Ad Age Best Place to Work (5 times, most recently in 2019), Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Employees (6 consecutive years), receiving a perfect 100 score on the HRC Corporate Equality Index; one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work for by the NABR (5 consecutive years) – and regionally, Digitas has earned a Best and Brightest title in all eligible cities, including San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, and Detroit. The agency was also recently named one of the 100 Best Places to Work for Working Mothers by Working Mother Media (2 consecutive years).
